From the moment I walked in the service was amazing. My server, Jill, was wonderful. She made recommendations and was very attentive throughout my meal. I had the crispy rice and burrata as appetizers because I couldn’t choose. Both were great. The crispy rice does have a little kick to it. I also had the grilled chicken sandwich not pictured that was very good. And the new S’mores dessert was sooo good! 😋

The Finch was the perfect spot for a Saturday date afternoon by the water. We grabbed a table in the shade, enjoyed the beautiful waterfront atmosphere, and watched the World Cup while relaxing outside. The setting couldn't have been better. For food, we ordered the burger, steak frites skewers, and the blackened redfish, and every dish was outstanding. Everything was flavorful, well-prepared, and exceeded our expectations. A special shoutout to Hayden, who provided excellent service throughout our visit. He was attentive, friendly, and made the experience even more enjoyable. Great food, great views, great service, and a perfect atmosphere for a date. We highly recommend The Finch and will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Here we goooooooo!!!!! We absolutely love the atmosphere at EpicCentral, and while we’ve dined around the area before, this was our first time trying The Finch. We originally planned to eat at Vidorra, but with nearly an hour wait, we decided to give The Finch a shot—and I’m glad we did. We were greeted and seated within about five minutes, which was a great start. However, it took around 25 minutes before our server came to the table, which wasn’t ideal. During that time, my wife met Scott, the manager, who acknowledged there had been a mix-up with table assignments and genuinely asked for the opportunity to make it right. Shortly after, Jonah came by, took great care of us, and got our drinks and food order in quickly. The drinks came out fast—and to our surprise, Scott had them comped due to the earlier delay. That level of accountability goes a long way. The food followed soon after, and I have to say—it was absolutely amazing. Everything was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. What started off a bit rocky turned into a fantastic dining experience thanks to the team’s effort to recover and deliver. If you’re in the Grand Prairie area, this spot is definitely worth chec

The Finch offers a dining experience with both quality eats and stunning ambience with the design and location near the Illuvia fountain. We ordered the Cowboy Queso (without the spicy beef), Filet Mignon, and Cajun Chicken. Our cocktails, Bee's Knees and Finch, were well crafted. The Cowboy Queso was decent, but not a highlight. The Filet Mignon however, was incredibly tender and well seasoned. The Cajun Chicken was good, without too over-powering of flavor, and is paired with delicious focaccia bread. The pasta was sadly served a bit too cool. A disappointing element to our dining experience was our table location. Despite booking a reservation two weeks in advance and leaving a reservation note informing staff it was a special date night, our table was against the wall just beside the bar and checkout register. Staff were unfortunately unable to accomdate switching us to a different table despite several vacant tables within view. I feel we lost out on the experience of the elegant atmosphere The Finch provides. Overall though, The Finch is a great choice for a special night out!

We had a great experience and really enjoyed the atmosphere, the service, and the food. It was great to watch the fountains during dinner. The inside of the restaurant is bright, well laid out and decorated. Our server was great - Jonah. He took care of us and served us with first-class service. He knew the menu, took care of some of our requests, and was very pleasant. The food was excellent. My wife and I split the wedge salad as a starter. Very tasty and fresh. My wife had the honey sriracha glazed salmon with the glaze on the side. She really enjoyed the unique crust on one side… also very tasty. My steak was very good. It had a great flavor. I would give it a 4.5. My grilled broccoli needed more time… a bit undercooked for sure. The mash potatoes were very average. Nothing too special. They need something to pizzazz them up. Overall a 4 outa 5 for the food. We will definitely be back. I’ll just try a different dish. That double smashed burger passed our table several times, carried by a server to some table. I’ll probably try that.
